Run Agent on the remote PC
Agent stays visible and shows Remote ID, temporary password, server state, direct address, logs, and Stop session.
Start with the visible Agent, connect with Viewer, and choose Direct mode for LAN/VPN or ID Access when you run MiniRemote.Server.
Agent stays visible and shows Remote ID, temporary password, server state, direct address, logs, and Stop session.
Choose Direct mode or ID mode. Viewer does not save the entered Access Key or temporary password.
Direct mode uses Host/IP + Port + Access Key. ID mode uses Server URL + Remote ID + Temporary Password.
Direct mode is the simplest choice for computers that can reach each other by local network or VPN. ID Access uses MiniRemote.Server as a relay so Viewer can request an online Agent by Remote ID. The server does not know the password.
Check Host/IP, Port, Access Key, Windows firewall rules you explicitly configured, and whether Agent is listening or online.
Make sure Agent is connected to the same MiniRemote.Server URL as Viewer and that the server health endpoint is available.
Check that Allow remote input is enabled on Agent and that the Viewer remote viewport has focus.
